NEET is required  for only following courses :-

• Mbbs
• Bds
• Ayush courses
• BVsc ( other than Neet ,various state level entrance examination are also there for bvsc)

So, if You want to do any course other than those listed above then you don't need to qualify Neet examination.

With Bipc i.e biology , Physics and Chemistry in your 12 th you can go for following top courses for your graduation depending upon your interest without neet examination :-
