since you have only four months left and and your preparation is to be intense and it will be based much upon what you have been studying throughout your class 11 and 12
  • if you have made notes of the different important chapters from physics, chemistry and biology be revising them and salwars many MCQs as you can applied on this formula concepts says they will refresh your application techniques and keep you visual and during the examination
  • Dedicate at least 2 to 3 hours each for physics, chemistry and biology everyday in revising what you've already studied and preferably start the day with either physics sir biology and ended with chemistry taking small breaks between the different subjects
  • the important topics in physics thermodynamics, wave and optics, mechanics, current electricity, electromagnetism and modern physics in which you have transistor inductance and capacitance based circuit diagrams which you need to be fluent with
  • in chemistry please give special attention to the chapters on alkanes alkenes and other hydrocarbons, carbonyl compounds from organic chemistry nomenclature, PB and f block elements from inorganic chemistry and the chapters on chemical kinetic sand chemical energetics along with molarity concepts and atomic structure
  • in biology give special attention to the chapters on plant physiology like photosynthesis, Human Physiology including cardiovascular system, neuromuscular system and reproductive system, the chapters on biomolecules genetics, biotechnology and microbiology including the life cycles of the different parasites.
  • What is most important that you give time bound MCQ examinations on a daily basis to improve upon a time management and question selection skills to minimise your negative marking and maximize your output out of the resources available at your disposal
  • Hope this helps,thank you

Hello Hitesh,
Considering that you have only 4 months left to prepare for NEET here are some useful tips you should follow:
1. To crack any competitive exam one thing is very important and that is Time Management.
Every day when you wake up make a study plan of what are the topics you need to cover that day , and then try to complete that target. Give each subject equal time and now that you are left with little time so try to make whatever you have studied stronger.
2. Make NCERT books your friend, believe me almost
85-90% questions are from there only.
Read it line by line and in-between the lines. If you
Don't understand certain things take reference from
Whatever extra materials you have like notes,
     Coaching modules etc.

3. Solve as much MCQ's as you can. This will help you
You in your preparation and will boost your
     Confidence.
4. Give mock tests. Set a particular time at everyday
Give a test on that time duration only.
    For example - set time between 10 A. M. - 1 P. M
And solve a question paper or last year's question
    Paper.
5. Never hold back your doubts ask them, ask them to
Your mentors, seniors anyone but make sure you
Clear all your doubts. Don't hesitate to ask.
6. Stay motivated and keep away from negativities and
    And negative people.
Also here are few important chapters that has high weightage :
Physics - Mechanics, Thermodynamics and kinetic theory, Electrodynamics, Modern Physics, Optic and wave optics, current and electricity, rotational motion, magnetic field etc.
Chemistry - chemical bonding, p-block, atomic structure, general organic chemistry, alkane, alkenes and alkynes, aldehyde and ketone, equilibrium, d & f block, thermodynamics etc.
Biology - biological classification, cell, plant Kingdom, Morphology of plant, sexual reproduction in plants, genetics, human reproduction, digestion and absorption, environmental issues, Ecosystem, Photosynthesis, respiration in plants etc.

All the best!
