okay so through your question it is not very clear whether you are asking for bachelor or masters. So I would provide information for both.

1.So for both Under-Grad and Post-Grad, you have to fill up the registration form followed by the payment for filling the form and then the university will conduct an entrance exam for the same.

2. Eligibility for B.Pharm - 10+2, Physics, Chemistry, Maths/Biology, with 45% marks.

3. Eligibility for M.Pharm - B.Pharm from a recognised institution.
