Hi Farhan, 

When it comes to M.B.B.S books, I would suggest you to buy any book that you go for. As this is a course that would require constant brushing up of memory and these books would be of value forever. Also, there is no particular book set like in your high school. You can opt the author who you feel comforatble reading.
