Tips from Toppers and Experts: A good understanding of the subject and its concepts is required. Rote learning is a strict no go. Solving sample papers, previous year papers is a beneficial exercise. Helps segregate the more important topics to focus on in addition to allowing you to understand the GATE Paper Pattern. Most of the toppers have persevered in spite of all odds "? be it a job, lack of time, lack of knowledge. It did not deter them from achieving their goals of success in GATE. If they can, so can you. Study, Analyse and revise- follow this religiously and you will be in a better position to tackle the GATE 2017 exam.
