Friend i do not know whether it is a valid board or not but there is a way in which you can find out whether this board is valid or not. Just try to apply for any university or college and if u find GMVSS in their recognised boards list then its a valid board.Below is a list of boards not recognised by NIOS you can check and see whether GMVSS is named in the list or not.
