Yes,it is valid as the government order states that GMVSS syllabus has been approved to be equivalent to Uttrakhand school education council,ram Nagar,Nainital.uttrakhand government has approved GMVSS to conduct exams and issue certificates.i hope this information helps you.

Thanx but...in Google -time of India claims that Delhi govt. Found fake board and GMVSS written in that list ???? Please tell me what is truth
