• Pondicherry Engineering College, Puducherry
• R. V. College of Engineering, Bengaluru
• Coimbatore Institute of Technology, Coimbatore
• Sagi Ramakrishnam Raju Engineering College, Bhimavaram

Among these, you may opt for any of the first 5 colleges. And for IITs and NITs, just check it up whether it offers a Biotech course or not (I guess, except NIT Surathkal and Trichy all other IITs & NITs offer the course.... Please check it up)
