If you are weak in permutation and combination please start practicing from NCERT book of 11th class,you will learn basic about the permutation and combination.

and then you can try books like RD sharma, where if you practice regularly with sincerity you will learn more advance permutation and combination.

You can also use different online platforms who teaches maths, or you can talk with any mathematics teacher to give you tuition.
