If a candidate having the mbbs certificate of China clears the exit exam conducted by the Medical Council of India, he/she can intern anywhere in the country. You just need to have a valid MBBS degree. You need to apply to colleges for internships and theoretically your degree will have the same value as of others that have an Indian degree.
