Hey brother the eligibility cutoff to apply in various courses of Medical like MBBS , BDS,  BAMS, BHMS, BPT was 134 marks and you have failed to achieve that criteria. So you can't apply in any of these fields. You can opt for BSC or you can take a drop and think of getting more better marks next year.

Dear Syeda, you havent mentioned the course you are interested in joining. Its not the score that decides your fees. Your score and category decide the college and kind of seat you can get in. This is important when you get seat in Private Colleges because they have Government Quota, Management Quota and NRI quota seats. And each Category has separate fees. But with a score of 133, it is difficult for a seat in MBBS, BDS, Ayush and even Veterinary courses.
