Hi Don, of your score is around 68 marks surely you have you score to be 800+ out of 1000 which is a very high score to get part of even top IITs. You can take apart any course across top IITs, like

1) IIT Bombay,

2) IIT Delhi,

3) IIT Kanpur,

4) IIT Madras etc.

However cutoffs vary every year based on lot of factors like number of seats available, number of test takers, difficulty level of exams etc. Some of the PSU are

1) NTPC which expect around 65 for general category students, 

2) NLC, have high chances if you are not part of general category, for general it will be slightly close, 

3) Even for Power Grid, if you are not part of general category, you have high chances to get call,

4) BARC, have high chances having their cutoff also around 65+ marks.
