Your percentile and rank is good.
As per the previous year cutoffs you have a good chance of getting admission to the medium ranked NITs such as NIT Nagpur, NIT Rourkela, NIT Raipur, NIT Bhopal, NIT Calicut for the core branches.
If you want CSE or ECE then you can apply for lower ranked NITs such as NIT Patna, NIT Hamirpur, NITs from North-east etc.
