the cut-off marks for the NIT's will vary with your category and quota(state or other).top nit's like nit trichy will need some more marks for general category (around 250) for CSE branch.if sc/st 230+ is enough for top nit's.you can try other top nit's too.

Your predicted score is quite good enough to enter in top NIITs in any branch.236 is good figure in jee mains exam through this score you can get CS branch in MNIT Allahabad,NIT Silchar,NIT Trichi,etc in other top NITs.
Now ,you can start preparation for jee advance exam you have sufficient time for advance exam use in efficient way to get CS branch in IITs . Don't worry about 2nd phase of mains exam.
