As u say that ur marks r 392 nd also u r from UR category so as we all know that this time or we can say from last 3 years cutoff is going very high so there is no scope for getting govt dental college with these marks from AIQ bcoz for AIQ cutoff for BDS will go around 500+ nd even for punjab state quota also we require minimum 460 so there is no scope for u to get govt medical or dental college bt u can apply for private colleges or even ayush courses if u want.
