You have mentioned that you have got 402 marks in NEET 2019 and you belong to the UR category. To get admission in any medical college you need to go through the counselling process. If you have domicile of the state itself then you can opt for state quota seats. If you don't have domicile then you can get admission through All India Quota. But you need to have the cutoff marks of the college.
