Based on the information provided by you the chances for you to get admission in government college is low because this year the cutoff went very high.

Students scoring 565 marks were also not able to get admission in states like uttar pradesh and bihar. 

The chances are less to get a government seat all over India but if you want to try for management quota , you have good chances.
