Scoring 459 in NEET is great, and as you have mentioned your category OBC you have fair chances in good medical colleges. Although cut off varies every year as it depends upon the no of students appearing, qualifying, difficulty level of exam, last year's trends, and no of students applied. So predicting seat in particular college is difficult. But as it is a good score you will get seat in decent college.
