As per your rank of 144799 in WBJEE, you may not get the top most colleges, but can surely get some of the good colleges as you will be eligible for home state quota. But it will be tough for you to get government colleges in this rank and most likely you won't get any. Below I have provided the name of the colleges where you can get a seat -
