The eligibility criteria is have 40% marks in class 12 examination from a recognised board or equivalent . As you are asking about the cutoff ,it depends upon the college you want to join for Bachelor's in Arts open course. Anything above 80% can fetch you admission in any government college although it depends upon the no. Of seats availability.
