Overview

To enlarge the technical education base, Government of Uttarakhand established Kotabagh Polytechnic, in October 2003 exclusively for women.

Currently Government Polytechnic Kotabagh is offering diploma courses in two streams i.e. Diploma in Computer Science & Engineering and Diploma in Electronics Engineering.

The institute is affiliated to Uttarakhand Board of Technical Education, Roorkee and approved by AICTE.

Keeping in view the geographical, social and economic conditions of Uttarakhand state and to provide more and more technical education to women of state,Sh. N.D. Tiwari , Hon'ble Chief Minister of Uttarakhandinaugurated a new Girls' Polytechnic onOctober 18, 2003at Kotabagh in district Nainital.

Diploma In Engineering And Technology - Computer Sceince & Engineering
Diploma In Engineering And Technology - Electronic Engineering

The fees for both courses are 9.85k annually.
