According to official website of Surguja University, process of admission to Pharmacy is as under:

A candidate seeking admission in this programme shall have a certificate of 12th in Maths /Biology with minimum second division (50%).

Then, the candidates are required to clear the CG-Pre Pharmacy Test (CG-PPHT) conducted by the state government.
