Hello there!

Greetings!

When the balloon is released it will start falling down with acceleration equal to the gravity of the moon.  Gravity of moon = 1/6 th of gravity of earth = 1/ 6 × 9.8= 1.6 m/ s ^2.

So , the released balloon will fall on the surface of the moon with an acceleration of 1.6 m/s^2.

Thankyou

Good luck
