If you want you can go for a government job after completing your B.Tech in ONGC, DRDO, SAIL, NTPC, VSSC, ISRO and IOC.

You can also go for higher studies like M.Tech if you have interest in management line then you can go for MBA. 

You can also go for diploma courses. 

If you have interest you can go for civil services exam. You can apply for Indian Army/Navy/Air Force or any other wing through AFCAT (Air Force Common Admission Test)
