It is not too easy to predict the rank based on the percentage you get. In general, rank is calculated as  100- percentage obtained and then divided by the number of candidates appearing in the examination. It also depends on certain other factors. Thus, rank may vary depending upon the number of candidates attempting the exam. 86 is indeed a good percentage. You may come in top 2500, but still, it can't be surely confirmed.
