No, the admission process of HL college, Ahmedabad for B.Com has not begun yet. 

The application forms of the college come out on 29th May, 2019 and the process of application will be completed by 9th June, 2019. 

The admission process for HL college is merit-based and the provisional merit list will be published on 14th June, 2019.

The application process is offline so make aure you go to the college to apply for you admission and then keep a check on the college notice board for the merit list.
