yes with a score of 450 you do have a chance of getting into a government medical college if you are applying in SC reservation as most States would have a cut off below that availing the 85% state quota seats However your chances will reduced drastically if you avail the 15% all India quota seats because there in given the SC reservation category would have a cut of around 450 possibly in the 500s

Yes you have fair enough chances of getting a govt medical college with these marks belonging to SC category. Every state has different cutoff range. You can get your desired college in 85% state quota whereas the options would be lesser in 15% AIQ.  All the best for your future
