With 300 marks, chances of getting into private college is not possible this year.

Hey dear, cutoff varies every year, if you see the last year's cutoff which went very high that even students getting 500 marks were unable to get govt. Mbbs colleges. Since, your marks are 300, so your chances in govt. College are very less. Yes, you will definitely get a seat in deemed university under management quota but with high fee.
