YOU DID'NT MENTION AT ALL THAT IN WHICH ENTRANCE EXAM YOU GOT THESE RANKS AND WITHOUT KNOWING HOW CAN WE ANSWER THAT .

As i have an idea so suppsingly i can say that you won't get top governemnt colleges and there are very less chances that you get admission in any government college with CSE or ECE branch because they are one of the most demanded branches of nowadays. BUt dont loose hope you can surely get admission in top  private colleges or might be in government college but maybe not CSE or ECE branch. FOR proper detailed answers please give as much details as possible of your entrance exam like your CRL RANK, CATEGORY RANK, ENTRANCE EXAM, DOMICILE .
