Hi sir.

To apply for the 85% state quota seats you must have domicile in the aforementioned state. For this you need to prove that you have been the resident of that particular state for more than 10 to 15 years according to the state norms. One needs to even submit a copy of his or her 10th board admit card which means that your son is qualified for holding the domicile in the state of Andhra Pradesh.
