Hello aspirant

Income certificate or house hold certificate is only necessary if you want to avail fee reimbursement under ews quota or OBC category.

It is only for reimbursement purposes nothing more so don't worry about it.

If you belong to ews category or non creamy layer then you have to issue it for sure
