Hello Aspirant,

Yes, you're eligible to obtain a seat in Andhra Pradesh in any Engineering colleges.But with such low rank I can't guarantee you that you will get a seat in top college.As you are non local it would be helpful if you have secured a merit rank.However, participate in AP EAMCET Counselling.Analyze the colleges which will fetch you a seat in a good college and in your desired branch.
