See according to your normalised marks i.e. 34 your Category of seat allotment will be F or you maynot make the cut. If you get F category you will end up getting lower colleges since you belong to OC category. It also depends what you are looking for MTech ME or MBA etc. But chances are meek for higher colleges.

Assuming you're talking about TANCET MBA, this year the cutoff is expected to be around 37.5 for the Open Category. And as per the previous year cutoff trends, there is a very slim chance that you might get into the topmost colleges, however, there is one college, where your score fits - RMK Engineering College, with a cutoff score of 34.000 for the Open category. 

However, don't lose hope as cutoffs change every year. Wait patiently for the rounds but keep your options open as well.
