If you are talking about neet counseling in haryana then it will start from second week of November 2020. The counselling will be conducted by Pandit bhagwan dayal sharma university of health sciences , rohtak on behalf of the department of medical research and education , government of india.
The admissions to the government /government aided/ private medical and dental colleges will be through the combined centralised counselling of haryana neet 2020.

To get admission to state colleges in Haryana you have to sit in HSTES ( Haryana State Technical Education Society ) counselling here. By this you will get admission into govt. colleges of Haryana.
