The admission to mahatma phule krishi vidyapeeth is taken through the Maharashtra Council of Agricultural Education and Research (MCAER).

The admission for the session 2020-2021 has not been started yet.

For bsc agriculture the minimum educational qualification is class 12th pass with a recognized board. So cbse board student can also apply for this university.

The student not belonging to maharashtra state can apply under other state qouta.
