The counselling date for Harayana NEET UG 2020 is below:

1. First Round - Second week to Fourth week of November 2020.
2. Second Round - Last week of November to First week of January 2020.

Third week of December is when admissions close.

First week of January is when Academic session 2020-21 starts.

According to latest update, Harayana state UG counselling of NEET 2020 will begin on 15-11-20 and registration for first round will end on 18-11-20.

Locking of Choice will be between 15-11-20 to 19-11-20

Announcement of seat allotment will be done on 21-11-20

Reallocation will be done by 23rd November 2020

So basically you will have 4 days to register yourself for first round of State counselling.
