Hey! Hi.
First of all, you must know that from this year IIIT HYDERABAD has introduced and decided to conduct its own Entrance Exam. so from this year JEE MAIN Marks will not be considered for admission. Just go to official website of IIITH to get more information on it.

No , no of seats are not increased , you may get CSE or cld 5 year programme , but sit till final round of counselling

Umm what are the odds for cse? My JEE mains marks 219 rank 3617

No one can tell about probability even and odds. It just depends on other students how they are filling up their counselling forms , some prefer bits , and specially how many are joining IIT rather than iiitH - the one who are having JEE mains rank above u , ya u can call it some sort of Luck
