Not yet the registration process for JEE main April edition will commence from February 8 2019 and it has not started yet so you can start application filling in the febuary from 8th onwards . from this year onwards NTA  is going to conduct JEE MAIN. JEE MAIN will be twice a year  best of the two scores will be counted for rank calculations.
