The colleges mentioned by you through JEE mains which are nit Trichy, nit Warangal , nit surathkal are the top colleges through jee mains and as per my prediction you won't be able to get cse in these colleges because the cut offs for cse branch in these colleges stays below 1k.

Various factors are considered while deciding the cut offs like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college previous years cut offs, and difficulty level of the paper.
