I hope you are doing good . I would like to know you that it is nothing like you have to learn kannad  for gettng admission in engineering colleges . You just have to score a good rank for securing a seat  . The medium  of language in college of  karnataka  is english only as people comes from different states of india  . You will  easily get adapted into that enivionment .Moreover, people of karnataka are super friendly and helpful .Just start preparing for exama and give mocks as much you can to see the progress
