The market is full of good books for NEET preparation and you might want to do everyone of them, which obviously is not practical.

I would suggest you to stick to NCERTs of all subjects and study them thoroughly before you start with other books.

You can use the CENGAGE books for Physics as it has good questions and solved example questions as well.

For other subjects, thorough reading of NCERT is enough.
