Hey dear, cutoff varies every year, if you see the last year's cutoff which went very high that even students getting 500 marks were unable to get a govt. College for mbbs. But, your score seems very less for getting a govt. Mbbs seat under any quota. Although, you have chances for bams and bhms courses, stay tuned to the counselling. Hello Sakshi

That depends in which state you are looking colleges for that will be able to help you narrow down your search and make it easier for you to find a college but i am attaching a rank predictor link and a college predictor link so check them that will give you an idea which colleges you will be eligible for and i am naming some colleges where you can get admission but you will probably get BDS in these and not MBBS so don't give up hope and try next year if you don't get this time.

Sakshi, you haven't mentioned the State that you hold the domicile of and so it is tad difficult for us to analyse your options. But mostly with a score of 380, you might get a Management Quota seat in Private Medical Colleges of your State. Having said that, this is based on 2019 data and cut offs change every year. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
