Hello everyone., after having some experience in Indian railways as junior engineer (E&TC) , can I move to abroad for better opportunities? If I can, then, Which country is good?

hi,

see as per your qualification and experience you may apply for abroad companies, however to get work permit in abroad you need to apply for visa and also need to have work permit. its also depends on your discipline, as for core engineering stream, japan , Germany, Russia  has  good development and work opportunity.
