So with regard to your query, the percentile is really less, and you might not get admission into any of the NITs, in order to get a seat in NITs one must a percentile between 89 to 99. However, you might not get the seat in Btech, but you can apply for other streams you might get then.

The cutoffs vary from one year to another, and basing upon this you might get a seat pertaining to the vacant seats.
