I regret to inform you that with such a low score you cannot get admission into nit roulkela civil engineering branch.
As nit roulkela is one of the most sought nits so it has cutoffs very high for the candidates to get admission into it.with this you have desired for civil branch we all know that civil is one of the core branches so its cutoff is even higher .

Civil engineering in nit roulkela ends up with a closing rank of 2000 to 3000 for other state members and for
homestate candidates it goes high upto 4 thousand so even if you are from orissa you cannot get admission into nit roulkela .
