Based on the information given by you, you are suffering from hypermetropia with +3.25 D in both the eyes.

According to the Medical standard policy of Indian Army, you are only eligible for-

1. Graduate level entries ( CDS, TGC,UES, etc) where hypermetropia should be =< 3.5D.

2.Post graduate level entries ( JAG, AEC, TA, AMC, etc) where hypermetropia should be =< 3.5D.

Also LASIK is permitted in both these entries.
