Do not be discouraged.When you are determined you can achieve anything with hard work.Let me clear you something, the questions will be asked both in Hindi and English and you can answer them in any scheduled languages of India which means that if your regional language is Hindi you can attempt the paper in Hindi.However, your English skills are also important.You can start learning it from now.You can join as well join in a coaching centre.Start reading English newspaper, watch English news, start talking with your friends, siblings, cousins in English, do not feel shy if you commit any mistakes learn from mistakes.Do not loose confident.You can also talk in English with yourself.You can join in any good coaching centre for preparation of UPSC.
