See you are allowed to use washroom during your neet exam. But the thing is you need to solve 180 questions in just 3 hours, so instead of wasting time during exam, you get freshen up before exam. So that you can maximize your concentration and focus on your paper. You can use washroom if it is so urgent and don't worry about such things, just prepare for the exam. Best of luck.

The answer to your question is yes , you are allowed to go to washroom during NEET exam but after tight checking and other things.

Also for the first 1-1.5 hour of exam they'll not allow you to go to the washroom .. after that students are allowed to go one by one.

I will advise you to not take the chance as such things leads to wasteage of time as well as distraction. So , make sure you don't drink too much of water before exam and go before 20 min of exam so that you'll be able to sit for 3 hours without any distraction.
