You have to get hold of an agent or someone you know who has connection in the area and apply in NRI qota.
NRI qota sometimes holds special seats but requires donation .
Just the process gets easy.
If you go through general admission you might have to wait a lot.
In both cases you will have to give donations unless you have scored very well in ur +2 and entrance.
