The cutoff for most of the colleges are as per your rank and not per your marks so according to your marks 169 your rank should be less than 10,000. The top government colleges in Rajasthan for B. Tech are NIT, Jaipur, University of Rajasthan, Jaipur. University of Rajasthan does not accept JEE - Main score for admission so the best option is NIT, Jaipur. The cutoff for NIT, Jaipur is pretty low and with your marks, you can easily get into it if you are from ant other state and if you have home state quota it will be even easier.
